The Blenkinsop Community Agricultural Centre goes before Saanich Council for rezoning which will allow Tuf-Turf to continue to operate and be a part, support the Agricultural centre, and allow the centre to maintain the needed parking etc.. to operate. The next step is for the ALC to approve the application as supported by Saanich. The hearing was January 2026
